REGISTRATION FEES (Non-refundable)

New Students

Early Registration incentive: If you ENROLL by March 1st your will get $150 off your total tuition bill!

Application Fee (per student) $75

Registration Fee (Before July 1st): $125

Late Registration Fee (After July 1st): $175

All new students will receive one free FCA Field Trip Polo that is required for students to wear on school outings polo after acceptance. It can also be worn at any time during the year as part of the daily uniform.

Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten:

Kindergarten - Eighth Grades:

Multi-Child Discount:

  • $1,200 off the second child

  • $2,000 off the third child and beyond

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Single Payment due on or before July 1 (5% tuition discount)

  • FACTS Payment Plan:

    • REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS NOT PAYING IN FULL BY JULY 1ST

      • 2 payments August 2025 & January 2026*

      • 10 payments beginning August 1st**

      • 11 payments beginning July 1st**

**An annual fee of $55 is charged by FACTS for 10-12 month plans

*A $20 annual setup fee for 2 payments or less on all FACTS accounts

EXTENDED CARE

Kindergarten - Eighth Grades

$6/hour per child ($3 per 1/2 hour)

Morning care available from 7:00 am - 7:45 am
Afternoon care available from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

(Any part of 15 minutes will be rounded up to the next 1/2 hr)
