EXTENDED CARE

Kindergarten - Eighth Grades

$5.50/hour per child ($2.75 per 1/2 hour)

Morning care available from 7:00am - 7:45am
Afternoon care available from 3:30pm - 5:30pm

(Any part of 30 minutes will be rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hr)

EXTRA CURRICULAR AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS

• Chess Club for students in 1st-8th Grade

  Our chess club is open to all students, anyone willing to learn more about chess and play chess. We will to teach chess game rules and strategies, produce competent players, and enjoy youth tournaments in the Greater St. Louis Area.

• YMCA Basketball Teams

• Yearbook (6th-8th Grade)

• Student Government (4th-8th Grade)

FIELD TRIPS AND PUBLIC EVENTS

FCA believes that educational field trips enhance the program of instruction and add much to the education of the child. Each homeroom teacher is instructed to provide two field trips per year that concide with and/or enhance a unit of study. These field trips could include, but are not limited to: museums, local farms, concerts, the St. Louis Zoo, theater, symphony, athletic events, etc.

Art, Music, P.E. and Spanish are also a part of our Programs/Services. Students in 4th-8th grades also have the opportunity to participate in typing club/computers two times a week.
